The Pot is Hot is seeking individuals to handle outreach activities for our Mod Squad project. The Pot is Hot Mod Squad is the exciting community-based public-education campaign that will educate voters about the benefits of voting for Prop 19.
Qualifications: The ideal candidates should be outgoing, well organized, able to work independently, have access to the internet, excellent writing and computer skills, and a talent for communication and promotion.
Activities: Contact friends, family members, and community members to educate them about Prop 19. Follow up with contacts and leads. Promote the proposition and Pot is Hot via the World Wide Web, as well as in your community. Track progress and submit weekly updates to Project Coordinator.
Minimum Commitment: 5-7 hours per week, flexible schedule, up to 4 months
